Christine White is a Lecturer in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Her area of research specialization surrounds issues of the role race plays in the criminal justice system and the transnational crime of human trafficking. She teaches a range of undergraduate courses including Criminal Law, Slavery in the Twenty-First Century, Contemporary Legal Policy Issues, and Race and Crime. Christine is currently re-designing the course on Race and Crime seeking to enhance the students’ knowledge and understanding of complex topics in a dynamic active learning environment.
