UMD to offer course on Freddie Gray and Baltimore unrest next semester

The Diamondback covered a new MLAW course offering: MLAW374: Freddie Gray’s Baltimore, a 1-credit course where students follow the Freddie Gray trials closely and sit in on guest lectures. Topics will range from the public school system, health care, unemployment, underemployment and housing segregation.
